What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Organic Earthing products. We offer 30-day returns on eligible, unused items in their original condition. Simply reach out to our team and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are only processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the return process does not constitute a completed return and may delay resolution.
