How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday and a half day on Saturday, so an order placed on a Sunday leaves on Monday. Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes:

Standard: 7 to 14 days. Express: 4 to 8 days. Those windows apply worldwide.

Over November and December, carriers can run slower than usual with holiday volumes, especially for international parcels, so allow a little extra time for Christmas orders.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship globally! Whether you're grounding in the Australian outback, relaxing in the UK countryside or restoring sleep in a New York apartment - we’ve got you covered. Shipping rates and times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Organic Earthing products, which is why we offer a 90-day trial. Try your product for up to 90 days from delivery, and if it's not right for you, return it within the 90 days for a refund. It needs to come back in reasonable condition and not damaged through misuse. Simply reach out to our team and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are only processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the return process does not constitute a completed return and may delay resolution.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our full Refund Policy.
