Why 22 momme?
Momme is silk weight. Most pillowcases sold as silk are 16 to 19. At 22 the weave is denser, smoother and lasts longer through cold washes.
How do I wash it?
Cold hand wash or a gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag with a silk-safe detergent. No bleach, no softener, no tumble dryer. Dry flat out of the sun.
