Is it safe?
The electrical answer, in plain words.
A grounding sheet connects to the earth point of a power socket, the same safety earth your appliances use. It does not draw power, and it does not send any in.

The two power pins on the plug are plastic. Only the earth pin connects.

The switch can stay off. Nothing from the mains runs through the cord.
- Check it any night
The tester pen lights when the sheet is earthed. If it doesn't, try another socket.
- Older homes
Some older homes and rentals have sockets that are not earthed. If the pen stays dark, an electrician can confirm.

Twelve adults slept grounded for eight weeks. The authors observed night-time cortisol rhythms moving toward a normal pattern, and most participants reported sleeping better and waking with less pain.

The sheet does what it does, and the pen proves the connection, but the effect for you may be small or nil. Many people notice nothing on night one and describe changes by week three. Some describe none.

Can you ground indoors?
Yes, which is why the products exist.
Outdoors, bare feet on damp grass, wet sand or bare soil do it for free. Indoors, sealed timber, vinyl, carpet, rubber soles and beds break the contact.
The sheet, the mat and the wristband all connect the same way: a cord from the product to the earth point of a socket, 4.6 metres long.

Is it safe to plug into a power socket?

How do I know it is actually working?
The tester pen in the box lights when the product is earthed. Touch it to the surface with the cord plugged in and you will see it on night one. Check it again any night you like.
What if I feel nothing?
Many people feel nothing on night one and describe changes by week three. Some describe none. That is what the 90 days are for.
Why are the studies so small?
Because the field is young. Most grounding studies are small, and some authors have commercial ties to grounding products. We quote them with those limits rather than round them up into a promise.
Can I use it if I have a medical condition?
Talk to your doctor first if you have a medical condition, an implanted device, or take prescription medication, and never change medication because of a grounding product. It is a wellness product, not a medical device.
Is it safe for pets?
