  • We offer a return window of up to 90 days from delivery on eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging and approved prior to return.

    Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and change-of-mind returns are subject to approval.

    Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–21 business days of return receipt.

    Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the return process does not constitute a completed return and may delay or void refund eligibility.

    Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
