Why does it cost more than the cheap grounding sheets online?
Three things you can check. Ours is organic bamboo with 10% silver thread through the weave, not a printed coating that washes off. It carries certificate numbers you can verify with OEKO-TEX and RoHS. And it comes with a tester pen, 90-day returns and a 1-year warranty, so the risk of trying it sits with us. Cheap sheets skip all three.
How do I know it is actually working?
The tester pen in the box lights when the sheet is earthed. Touch it to the fabric with the cord plugged in and you will see it on night one. Check it again any night you like.
Is it safe to plug into a power socket?
The plug only touches the earth pin. The two power pins are plastic; no electricity flows into the sheet. The socket can even be switched off. The cord also has a resistor built in, a standard safety part that limits the current it can carry.
What if I feel nothing?
Many people don't feel anything and still report sleep changes by week three. That's what the 90 days are for.
Does it still work after washing?
Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, no softener or bleach, and line dry. The tester pen lets you check conductivity any time, and the warranty covers it for a year.
Does it work through a top sheet or pyjamas?
Direct skin contact is best. Bare feet, legs or arms on the sheet is enough; you do not need to be fully uncovered.
Which plug do I get?
The one for your country. We ship the matching safety grounding plug for your delivery address, and the cord snaps to it. It only touches the earth point of the socket; the power pins are not connected.
How does the return actually work?
Email us within 90 days of delivery, we send the return instructions, and you are refunded once it lands back with us. It needs to come back in reasonable condition and not damaged through misuse, so using it is fine; return postage is yours. We will ask why, because it helps us.
